Enrollment Process

Parent and Child Our enrollment process at Bethel Life School is a four step process:

Registration: You can pick up registration forms at the school office or download them from this page. Fill out the forms and pay the registration and you will be registered.

Student Testing: All new students will be tested to help us determine how to best meet the educational needs of your child.

Family Application: This form allows us get to know you better as a potential family.

Records Request: This form authorizes Bethel Life School to receive records from a previous school.
